You Are What You Tolerate

It is an axiom of leadership that you are what you tolerate.  The bad behavior that you tolerate becomes the perception of you with your employees, colleagues and the marketplace.

Take some time right now.  Think about the person on your team that behaves worst.  Are you comfortable with them setting the world’s perception of you?

If not, make the decision right now to change it.

You could:

Correct it.

Or Seperate yourself from this poor behavior.

There are not many other choices.  Which will you choose?

Just my opinion.  What do you think?  Let me know in the comments.
