Wisely chosen habits are incredibly important to a well lived life. The hard part is getting good habits firmly integrated into your life. There are multiple ways to establish good habits, but one solid way to establish a good habit is to use time and location as queues.
- I will exercise at 5:30 at the gym.
- I will eat a salad today at noon at the restaurant for lunch.
- I will meditate at 6:00 in my office.
- I will floss my teeth at 9:30 at my bathroom sink.
