Confronting the reality of the circumstances of our lives is absolutely essential to our success and in overcoming obstacles / solving problems.
That is why today, I am asking you to join me in pledging to:
- Address the tough stuff directly.
- Speak out courageously in conversation. Acknowledge the normally unsaid.
- Tell the emperor he has no clothes.

So, why don’t we do it more often? It is a one word answer: Fear
Our courage may fail or we just might want to avoid discomfort. Revisit my article on courage if you need a refresher on ways to develop more of it.
