Block chain, cryptocurrency and decentralizing finance has the propensity to break the hold that governments have over financial markets. It is too early to know if it will work. However, the possibility alone brings up some interesting questions:
- How will nationalists feel about the loss of national monetary control?
- How will governments deal with their new lack of fiscal control?
- In a world with reduced financial transparency, how will governments bring in revenue?
