Three Good Things

The next time that you encounter a situation where you are tempted to feel sorry for yourself, because “It is a bad thing”.  Try a simple technique:  Brainstorm at least three ways that it actually brings something positive into your life.  You will be surprised how much better you feel with just that simple intervention.
