Once you have ample courage, it is time to choose what to use it to protect and nurture. My recommendation is kindness. Courage without ample kindness leads to brutality and poor relationships.
Demand it from the people in your life. In many businesses, they use the “no asshole rule” to ensure that teamwork can thrive. How will we do the same in our personal lives? Let’s start a revolution where we accept nothing less than kindness from everyone in our lives. If it isn’t present… walk away.
